He is the owner and CEO of Howe-Peterson Funeral Homes in Dearborn and Taylor, Michigan, and he is seeking an at-large representative position for the National Funeral Directors Association board.

President of the Michigan Funeral Director’s Association, the first non-owner elected as President in the MFDA’s then 136-year history
Trustee and Past President for the Michigan Mortuary Science Foundation
Trustee for the Funeral Service Foundation
Commander of MI-MORT, Michigan’s mass fatality team that assists during mass fatality incidents and emergencies like COVID-19 response.
